The History of TescoICE banded the stores into machine bundles so we were aware that the store would get machinery and had taken a simplicity approach. This gave us a super simple communication line with your field teams as we issued to if questioned them all a matrix that they could refer.

Machinery Types:

This involved considerable expense to ICE, taking the ultimate risk in placing an order with Cleanfix without a guaranteed order from blog ( MITIE, speaking on delivery timescales to Switzerland and surveying the stores. This enabled MITIE to possess and showed a enormous level of commitment from ICE.

This was shown to be a very low maintenance, economical machine that the operators liked on account of the simplicity. Therefore we're able to utilise the machinery in every area of the store, achieving that machinery driven approach we aimed for, ICE had supplied with the machine both brushes and pad drives. This machine later became our utility machine of choice in the big format stores for use throughout the trading day on the shopfloor.
With a couple of weeks to visit begin date MITIE chose to finish negotiations with the incumbent and officially put the order with ICE to supply a #1.5 million order for floor cleaning machines into all Express stores across our regions and all large store format shops within the South East and South West Regions of England. This amounted to approximately 230 sites.
